Wings Over Houston Golf Cart Operation Rules

  1. All drivers must be a Wings Over Houston Participant
  2. All Cart Drivers must be 18 years or older
  3. All Cart Drivers must hold a valid non-suspended Drivers License
  4. Cargo areas are not for transportation of people
  5. Limit the number of people on the cart to the number of seats
  6. All marts must obey the 15MPH speed limit on the Ramp
  7. All carts must obey traffic signs as normal (the stop sign at Juliet is not a suggestion)
